We do not allow cancellations of orders unless one week's notice has been provided prior to delivery.

Home deliveries

Belmore Biodynamic Meats delivers to main towns Victoria wide for your convenience. Melbourne customers may nominate a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday delivery whilst regional customers may nominate a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday delivery (see list below). Whilst Melton and Pakenham are charged at the Metro rate, delivery is restricted to Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please submit your order by 12 noon for next day delivery. The deliveries are completed in the morning and as such, customers will receive their order by early afternoon. Please note, we do not deliver on public holidays. The set freight charge is $10.00 for Melbourne metropolitan deliveries and $20.00 for regional deliveries, with a minimum purchase for each transaction of $80.00. Free delivery is available for orders of $100 or more to Melbourne Metropolitan areas only. 

We do not require that the customer be home to receive their delivery. Special instructions can be left for the driver when completing the “Your Details” form at the checkout.

Shepparton: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Swan Hill/Echuca: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday

Warrnambool: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 

How to place an order

To view the product range, click on the 'Products' tab in the top right hand corner of the screen. Click on the animal icons on the left hand side of the page. Scroll down to view the individual cuts. Select the cut of your preference to view the product description, image and pricing information. To make a purchase, click 'Add to Shopping Cart.' Take note of the set portion size for the particular product. If you require a larger quantity, when you proceed to the checkout, amend the figure in the quantity box. When you have finished browsing, click 'Checkout' in the top right hand corner of the web page to complete your transaction. You will be issued with an email receipt to confirm your purchase. Note there is a minimum purchase for each transaction of $80.

Packaging

At Belmore Biodynamic Meats, we endeavor to reduce our impact on the environment through the use of environmentally friendly packaging. Your goods will be delivered in a standard cardboard box, which you can dispose of in your recycling bin.

All products will be labelled and packaged in freezer bags unless you request foam tray packaging. If so, there will be a surcharge of $5.00 to package your total order in this manner. Vacuum Sealed packaging is available at a surcharge of $10.00.
