Organic Chicken Fillets cut for Schnitzel
Our family favourite! Certified organic chicken breast fillet sliced extra thin and tenderised for schnitzel.
For the perfect schnitzel, whisk three certified bio-dynamic eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Combine wholemeal breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in another bowl. Dip fillets in egg mixture and then coat with breadcrumbs before pan frying until the crust is golden brown.
