Certified Organic Turkey (Small)

Australian OFC Certified Organic. Sourced from Southern New South Wales. The turkeys roam free in large open air enclosures on green pastures. Their diet is supplemented with Certified Organic mash and wholegrains. The pastures are synthetic herbicide, pesticide and fertiliser free. The birds are hormone, growth promotant, antibiotic and GMO free. 

Certified Organic Turkey (Medium to Large) | Turkey Buffet | Turkey Breast Fillet Roll

Australian OFC Certified Organic. Sourced from Southern Queensland. The turkeys roam free on open air pastures where they can forage, and have access to shelter. Their diet is supplemented with natural grains. No added hormones, antibiotics or preservatives. 

Free Range Turkey | Turkey Buffet | Turkey Breast Fillet Roll [uncooked]

Sourced direct from Western Victoria. The turkeys are antibiotic and growth promotant free. The birds roam free on chemical free pastures where they can forage, and are regularly rotated to fresh grassed areas. Their diet is supplemented with a chemical free feed mix consisting of grains and legumes. Grown and processed on the farm. 

Free Range Geese

Sourced from South Australia. The geese are raised Free Range with access to pasture for foraging and shelter from the elements. They are fed a 100% vegetarian corn based diet to promote slow growth. 

Traditional Half and Full Leg Ham on Bone from Bio-Dynamic Pork

Belmore Biodynamic Meats’ naturally smoked chump or shank end half leg ham and full leg ham on bone made using Australian Bio-Dynamic pork sourced from Victoria. The pigs roam free on natural pastures and are fed a certified feed consisting of wheat, barley, oats, green grass, lucern, clover, millet and hay. We produce our own leg hams using traditional smoking methods (not nitrite free). 

Half and Full Leg Ham on Bone from Free Range Pork | Boneless Nugget Leg Ham from Free Range Pork

Naturally smoked chump or shank end half leg ham and full leg ham on bone made using Australian Certified Free Range pork sourced from New South Wales. Free Range in accordance with Australian Pork Limited’s APIQ Free Range Certification. Produced using traditional smoking methods (not nitrite free). 

Nitrite Free Half Leg Ham on Bone from Free Range Pork | Nitrite Free Boneless Leg Ham from Free Range Pork

Naturally smoked boneless leg ham made using Australian RSPCA approved Free Range pork sourced from Tasmania. No added hormones, low in sodium, nitrite and gluten free. Traditionally wood smoked. 

Bio-Dynamic Pork Loin and Leg Roast

Australian Bio-Dynamic pork sourced from Victoria. The pigs are grass-fed and their diet is supplemented with a certified grain mix consisting of barley, oats, wheat, lucern, clover, millet and hay. 

Free Range Pork Loin and Leg Roast

Australian Free Range pork sourced from Queensland.  APIQ Certified Free Range.  The pigs are raised in a stress free environment with the freedom to truffle, play and wallow in the mud.  The pigs have access to extensive outdoor areas and water and food is always accessible.  No added hormones.
