How do I start shopping?

To view our product catalogue, click on the 'Shop Now' icon on the home page.  Click on the animal icons to view our Beef, Poultry, Lamb, Pork, Smallgoods, Game and Seafood product ranges.  To see what's in season (including at Christmas time), click the 'Seasonal' icon in the ribbon at the top of each page.  Products are generally grouped into Premium Cuts, Basic Cuts, Roasts and Other Cuts.  Select the cut of your preference to view the product description, image and pricing information.

To make a purchase, select the quantity and click 'Add to Bag'.  When you have finished, click the 'Shopping Bag' icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to view your purchases.  To complete your order, click 'Checkout', and enter your payment and delivery information.

How do I see what's in my Shopping Bag?

To see what's in your shopping bag, click the 'Shopping Bag' icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.  You can remove products and increase or decrease the quantity ordered from this page.

How will my purchases be packaged?

At Belmore Biodynamic Meats, we endeavour to reduce our impact on the environment by using environmentally friendly packaging.  Your order will be delivered in a standard cardboard box, which you can dispose of in your recycling bin.

All product units will be labelled and packaged in freezer bags, unless you request foam tray or vacuum sealed packaging.  You can select your preferred packaging at the checkout.  A surcharge of $5.00 will apply for foam tray packaging and a surcharge of $10.00 will apply for vacuum sealed packaging.  If you select foam tray or vacuum sealed packaging, your whole order will be packaged in this way.

Are products sold fresh or frozen?

All of our products are sold fresh, other than those products marked frozen in the product description.

Will my purchases be refrigerated?

We use a refrigerated courier service to maintain the quality and shelf-life of your purchases. 

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

What if I am dissatisfied with a product?

What if I have a specific request for the butcher or delivery driver?

Please include these comments in the delivery instructions box at the checkout. 

What if I cannot find the specific product I wish to order?

If the product is not listed in our product catalogue, it means it is temporarily out of stock or out of season.

What if I cannot select the particular delivery day I want?

If the delivery day/date is not listed, it means the delivery run is full or the order has been placed after the cut off time.  The day and date that you select at the checkout is the day that you will receive your delivery.
