If you place an order with Belmore Biodynamic Meats, the following terms and conditions will apply:

What is the minimum order?

There is a minimum order of $80.00 excluding any delivery charges.

What if I want to cancel or make changes to my order?

For all changes and cancellations to your order, please call us on 03 9484 0469 or email us at info@belmorebiodynamicmeats.com.au.  Changes and cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.  If you wish to add to your order please email or phone through your additions with your credit card details, as online orders are processed via a secure third party platform.

All orders other than Christmas orders

If you want to add products to an order placed online, or change your delivery or pick-up day, please contact us by phone or email by 12 noon on the day prior to your specified delivery or pick-up day.

If you want to cancel an order placed online, you must notify us by 12 noon, two days prior to your specified delivery or pick-up day.  The amount will not be refunded but you will be provided with a credit.

Christmas orders

A Christmas order is an order that includes a whole turkey or poultry product (e.g duck or goose), ham on the bone or boneless ham.

If you want to add products to a Christmas order placed online, or change your delivery or pick-up day, please contact us by phone or email by 12 noon on the day prior to your specified delivery or pick-up day.

We do not accept cancellations for Christmas orders as we source seasonal products to order.  Please make a considered decision before placing your order.

What if a product is missing from my order?
 
If an item is missing from your order, we will gladly refund the amount to your credit card or replace it on your next delivery depending on your preference.

What if I am dissatisfied with a product when I receive my order?
 
Belmore Biodynamic Meats guarantees to deliver premium quality products direct to you.  We will gladly replace any perishable item that you are dissatisfied with on delivery.
